From The DC Edit’s vanity, here are two makeup looks and hairstyles we put together for the festive season. It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

1. Gingersnap Glow

Warm coral flush; a soft highlight on the lids lets the holiday-ready burgundy pop. Put on some fluttery lashes and steal the night.

Eyes: Charlotte Tilbury The Vintage Vamp
*Eyeliner: Charlotte Tilbury The Vintage Vamp (2 Enhance + 3 Smoke)
Lashes: Velour Beauty Lash Next Door Mink Eyelashes
Sculpt: Urban Decay Naked Skin Shapeshifter
Cheeks: Charlotte Tilbury Cheek To Chic Swish & Pop Blusher (Ecstasy)
Lips: Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips 2 (Dancefloor Princess)

The classic, infallible low bun. For an effortless, gently tousled look, add some texture with soft tumbling curls before styling and leave the fringe out. Pop a beret on for extra white Christmas vibes.

Styled with: ghd Curve® Soft Curl Tong

2. Fireside Amber

A shower of honey, with toasty flushed cheeks and a dusting of incandescent highlight. Toned down lashes make way for the bright marigold with shimmer undertones on the lids.

Eyes: Urban Decay Naked Honey (Amber, Honey, Keeper, Golden)
Cheeks: Charlotte Tilbury Cheek To Chic Swish & Pop Blusher (Ecstasy)
Highlight: Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit in Ghost (1 Dim Light + 2 Diffused Light)
Lips: Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips 2 (Dancefloor Princess) + Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G (Night Crimson)

A playful, party-ready top bun with an unobtrusive, minimalistic oval hair barrette for detail. Keep the hair’s natural waves but add a c-curl to the ends for a carefree bounce.

Styled with: ghd Platinum+ Black Styler
